Jongho Park is the Head Chef of Taku. Having worked with executive founder Chef Takuya Watanabe for nearly 7 years now, he brings a wealth of experience from his time previously training under various Michelin chefs. He is of the highest professional standard and one of the leaders of the next generation of Japanese cuisine chefs.
Chef Park has dedicated the last 10 years of his life to learning and specialising theJapanese cuisine.
