Tasting Omakase

An elevated expression of lunchtime dining. Our new Tasting Omakase features a journey through seasonal ingredients and delicate techniques — offering a shorter, but intricately crafted menu perfect for a midday experience.

Prestige Omakase

  • £380 | 22 courses

  • Available at both lunch and dinner

The Prestige Omakase represents the fullest expression of TAKU’s culinary philosophy. Each course showcases the discipline, artistry, and innovation that define our approach — offering an unforgettable evening of precision and performance.

Why the Change?

Previously, TAKU offered three menu options: Tasting, Signature, and Prestige. As part of our continuous evolution, we have now refined our offering to just two — merging the Signature and Prestige menus into a single, unified Prestige Omakase experience.

This change sharpens our focus, allowing our chefs to dedicate even more time, precision, and creativity into every dish, ensuring the highest quality for each guest. It also creates a clearer journey for diners, where every course builds intentionally upon the last.
